- NDA first, then copiesWe sign the NDA before anything leaves your office. Then half an hour of your time — copies of a few current quotations or invoices. You keep every original.
- We do a free week of itYou pick the week. There is no contract and no charge; if it isn't right, you owe nothing. A free one-week trial batch before any contract.
- Fixed volume, fixed feeHK$6,800 a month for an agreed document volume, with one month's notice.
We sign an NDA before any work starts.
You keep the originals. We work on copies.
Everything comes back in Excel and PDF, never locked in a system of ours.
Inland Revenue Ordinance s.51C makes seven-year record retention your duty. That is why we never hold your only copy.
